- A cancellation fee of 5% will be charged from the
reservation completion.
In recent years, we have observed
excessive multiple bookings and a large number of
reservations made by agents. As we want as many
customers as possible to climb Mount Fuji, we have
made the difficult decision to implement a 5%
cancellation fee from the reservation completion
stage.
